Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your email address and, if you provide one, your name, when you create an account.
- Orders and purchases — the resources you buy, order totals, and order status.
- Digital entitlements — a record of which resources you own, used to give you access to them in My Library.
- Support and contact inquiries — whatever you send us through the Contact Us form, including your name and email so we can reply.
- Basic usage analytics — when analytics is enabled, we record events like page views, product views, and searches, associated with a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser (not a cookie). These events never include your name, email, or payment details.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by our payment processor, which collects and processes your payment details directly on its own secure, hosted checkout page. We do not receive, see, or store your card or payment account details — we only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.
How we use this information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To process orders and grant access to the resources you purchase.
- To send transactional emails, such as order confirmations.
- To respond to support and contact inquiries.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
Service providers
We rely on the following third-party service providers to run the site:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, storing account, order, and entitlement records.
- PayMongo — our payment processor.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure storage for the digital files you purchase, accessed only through time-limited download links.
- Resend — our transactional email provider.
- GoHighLevel — used for marketing and customer communication, not for processing payments or storing order records.
Each provider only receives the information it needs to perform its role.
Your rights and contact information
